SEC One OIT
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s One Office of Information Technology (SEC One OIT) contract vehicle is designed to streamline IT service purchases through three unrestricted and 15 small business IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts.
This multiple-award vehicle enables SEC’s divisions and offices to meet their strategic missions and objectives using a comprehensive and common suite of evolving and flexible information technology (IT) services and solutions.
With a $2.5 billion program ceiling and a five-year contract period, SEC One OIT allows for the long-term planning of large-scale IT program requirements with proven small business partners and gives SEC a mechanism to procure the current, leading-edge and/or emerging IT services required to satisfy IT service requirements.
SEC One OIT also provides a channel to make these IT service purchases via equitable processes and reasonable pricing designed to help meet government socio-economic contracting goals.
KCI-Acuity, an 8(a) Joint Venture, is proud to hold an SEC One OIT Small Business contract and is prepared to meet all SEC policies, standards, and procedures as identified in the individual Task Orders.

About KCI-Acuity, LLC - SEC One OIT Contract
KCI-Acuity, LLC (KCI-Acuity), an SBA-approved 8(a) joint venture (JV) founded in 2015, holds the SEC One OIT contract. By combining the SBA-certified 8(a) corporation Kalani Consulting, Inc. (KCI) and Acuity, Inc. (Acuity), KCI-Acuity can provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with comprehensive current and emerging IT services and solutions in a variety of environments and infrastructures while meeting the commission’s socio-economic goals.
KCI is an SBA Certified 8(a), HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and is joined by Acuity as a successful 8(a) graduate. KCI and Acuity possess an SBA Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA), executed in July 2015. Under this agreement, Acuity provides guidance to KCI on a variety of business topics including contracts administration and business development. KCI (est. 2009) and Acuity (est. 2002) have a successful history working together, which provides a strong foundation for delivering business results through the SEC One OIT contract vehicle.
